About maintenance and care
Apply a small amount of oil to a soft cloth or sponge and apply a thin, even layer to the entire leather surface. The maintenance interval will vary depending on the type of leather and how often you use it, so if you have any concerns, please come to our store. We will provide free maintenance on the spot. (Products from other manufacturers incur a fee.) We can also replace metal fittings and repair broken threads, so please feel free to contact us.
What guarantees are there?
We will replace any damaged hardware on standard items free of charge within one year (excluding custom hardware). Repairs for buttons and loose threads are generally free of charge, but there may be some charges, so please contact us for details.

Are there engraving options?
Initial engraving is 500 yen, 1 name is 1000 yen (up to 15 characters) *From the 16th character onwards, each character is 50 yen. All prices are excluding tax. Original logos can also be made. Prices vary depending on the size, so please ask if you are interested.
How long does it take from ordering to manufacturing?
Custom-made color: 3 weeks Full custom-made: 2 months Remade school bag: 3 months *Please note that this may vary depending on the leather stock and the season.
