Here are three common repairs we receive inquiries about.
1｜Repairing a broken zipper
Even after closing the zipper, it remains open for some reason.
This symptom is often caused by deterioration of the slider (the pull part of the metal fittings) .
There are two ways to repair
1. Replace only the slider hardware with a new one → If it is only a minor problem, we can handle it.
Estimated repair time: Approximately 20 to 30 minutes
Estimated repair cost: ¥1,500 (excluding tax)
*If the slider hardware you require is a different type than what we have in stock, there will be an additional fee and time required to order the hardware.
2. Remove the zipper itself and replace it with a new one.
→ If the zipper tape is torn or the entire item is deteriorated, click here.
Estimated repair time: 2 months (requests are processed on a first come, first served basis / repairs will begin in 2 months)
Estimated repair cost: ¥15,000 (excluding tax)

2｜Adjusting the belt length
The belt is a little long. If it were just a few centimeters shorter, it would fit perfectly.
In such cases, you can adjust the belt by drilling new holes .
・Suit belts ・Shoulder bag straps ・Waist pouch straps
Estimated repair time: Approximately 10 minutes
Estimated repair cost: ¥500 (excluding tax)
※2nd hole and above +¥50
[If shortening by more than 10 cm]
Depending on the length you want to shorten it to, it may be better to cut the belt itself rather than drilling holes.

Estimated repair cost: ¥2,100 (excluding tax)

3｜Replacing the straps of a worn-out bag
The part of a leather bag that is most susceptible to damage is the strap (handle).
This area is subject to stress from daily use and is prone to cracking, peeling, stickiness, and tearing .
At our store, we create hand straps from scratch using new leather materials with a design, length, and thickness that matches your current bag .
